The Beer and Cider Festivals are always popular! The next Cider
Festival takes place on 7 to 10 June 2007 at the East Anglian Railway
Museum.
The 20th Annual CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) Chappel
Beer Festival was held from 5 to 9 September 2006 at the East Anglian
Railway Museum. Featuring over 300 real ales, there was live
entertainment most evenings and special late trains are run to Sudbury,
Colchester and Ipswich.
Not only that, there was hot and cold food
available at all times and a hog roast on Thursday and Friday evenings.
Some folks made a weekend of it, by making use of the free camping
and free car parking. A definite Chappel must-do!
